You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your fleet, cargo, and operational routes. You must not use the service to circumvent animal welfare laws or to misrepresent compliance status. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

WaverlyAngus does not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in a successful CFIA audit or exemption from penalties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transport delays, animal loss, or regulatory fines.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms the reputation of WaverlyAngus. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@waverleyangus.com. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.
